WHAT IS MY WILL?

More about my journey…
I live to create experiences for people to learn and connect. Now as we adjust to living in a different way, I hope to work with people through change . We live in a messy world, my will is to keep exploring the path ahead with an open heart.

I’m a E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 qualified Yoga Teacher, a Theatre Director and I work for a homelessness charity in London. My work is all about partnership with people to explore and connect to what is means to be human. You might wonder how it all fits together and sometimes I do too! We have all travelled many paths in life; and mine tend to have a theme of creating space for people to be who they really are. Whether that be with an actor in a rehearsal room, a group of people who’ve experienced homelessness singing together at the Southbank, or a yogi attempting their first headstand – I’ve got your back.

I try to live in the flow of life, to be open to opportunities and to put my energy where it will support a more compassionate world. Through connection and belief, these three strands of work have been intertwined whilst living in London for just over thirteen years. I learn each day from those around me, and value being in nature to stay connected.

”When you touch one thing with deep awareness,
you touch everything.”

– Lao Tzu

Yoga & Meditation

STUDIO YOGA CLASSES

I teach hatha, vinyasa, yin and hot yoga in studios, businesses and for charities across London.

ONE TO ONE

I deliver one to one sessions in yoga, pranyama (breathwork) and meditation. This can also be a space to explore what your purpose is, and how you connect in the world through your own body.

PERFORMING ARTS

As a theatre director and performer I continue to collaborate with writers, actors, producers, universities and theatre companies to create experiences for audiences in the UK and beyond!

COMMUNITY

I deliver one to one sessions in yoga, pranyama (breathwork) and meditation. This can also be a space to explore what your purpose is, and how you connect in the world through your own body.

PRIVATE CLASSES

If you are new to yoga or want to refine your skills, you can book a 1 hour or 1.5 hour session for yourself or for a group of people. I tailor classes to your ability, needs, and wishes so that you can find your calm, inner strength and focus. You can choose from hatha, vinyasa, yin, breathwork, sound and meditation, or a combination.
I offer clear guidance and adaptations, offering empowerment of choice in the form of practice. I believe in developing a relationship of care, respect and trust in these sessions, and aim to support you in facilitating positive change through connection, integration and a playful approach.

Benefits of a private session:

  • Time just for you: In a private session you will have my complete attention, and can spend some time letting go of distractions and external stimulation. This space will be for you, and I will bring over 15 years of experience working with people in a holistic environment, and 6 years of yoga teaching, to tailor the session so you feel held and safe.
  • Conversational practice: an opportunity to ask questions and feedback on experience. I believe that speaking up and communicating during a session can be a very helpful way to learn and grow in your practice and overall confidence in yourself.
  • Get what you need: You might have a particular injury, a recent difficult experience, or lack of motivation to practice alone. In private sessions we can try different techniques, movements and approaches for what you need at that moment.
  • Follow Up: I can send a follow up with guidance and details of the session, for you to continue your practice in your own time. I offer a check-in after, and a free in person class at one of the studios I teach at for people who book a private session with me.
