I’m a yoga teacher and mentor, voice and sound practitioner, theatre director, and I work in community support and development.
At the heart of my work is connection. I meet people where they are and work with them to create space for who they are. I believe in the power of listening, storytelling, music and compassion in a messy but beautiful world. This runs through how I live and work, to create positive change with people.

KNOW MORE ABOUT JILL
I see my work as an opportunity to create positive change in people’s lives. My days and weeks are varied, filled with interactions in different communities and facilitating spaces for people to be seen, heard and valued for their experience.
I teach hatha, vinyasa, yin and hot yoga in studios, businesses and for charities across London. I also deliver one to one sessions in yoga, pranyama (breathwork) and meditation. This can also be a space to explore what your purpose is, and how you connect in the world through your own body.
Jill volunteers at the YMCA North London. She believes community connection is part of what we and the planet needs. She is in the process of setting up an online Patreon Community for Peace. A space for people to connect, practice meditation, breathing and yoga.
I am a sound practitioner and provide private and group sound experiences for people to rest in. These spaces are held with the intention of honouring rituals and community practices that have existed throughout the history of humanity as a way of healing and connecting.
